Approve refund of $557.44 to Delta Service Company by minute motion.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On September 2, 1981, Delta Service Company paid the City $753.00 for
construction of a sewer lateral at 3235 Highland Drive. The lateral was
existing and the Utilities/Maintenance Depart'llent required oaly a fee of
$195,56 to locate the lateral. Applicant has requested refund of the
difference.
FISCAL IMPACT
City will be refunding an overpayment of $557,44.
