Adopt Resolution No. 6 706 , Accepting Grant Deed €or a portion of
Knowles Avenue Road Easement €or Street Purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of SDP 79-5, the developer was required to dedicate a
portion of Knowles Avenue.
FISCAL IMPACT:
744 square foot of land will be removed from the tax rolls.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
STREET PURPOSES. FOR JOHN RONALD BAGLEY
WHEX3AS , JOHN RONALD BAGLEY has submitted
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Ca
for street purposes ; -said Deed # 812 is on file i
Office o~ the city Clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows :
