RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. ,+$705’, Accepting Grant Deed for an Easement €or
Road Purposes of a Portion of Wilson Street.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of Building Permit Number 81-389, Gary and Jeanne McCart
have been required to dedicate a portion of Wilson Street for street
purposes (City Code 18.40.030). The easement is 10 feet wide over the
width of their 71.7 foot lot.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Approximately 717 square feet of land will be removed from tax rolls.
