CITY ATTYm Introduce Ordinance N0.313? restricting parking on the west side of El Camino Rea 1 between Kel ly Drive and Tamarack Avenue ITEM EXPLANATION: At their November 2, 1981 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission reviewed a request from Mr. Donald LeMay, Principal of Kelly School, to restrict parking on the west side of El Camino Real between Kelly Drive and Tamarack Avenue. EXHIBIT: Ordinance No. 4 1 . . 24 25 26 27 -20 ORDINANCE NO. 3139 AM ORDINANCE OF THE ClTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLS- BAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF CHAPTER 10.40.047 50 RESTRICT PARKING ON EL CAMINO REAL The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows: SECTION 1: That Title ?O, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 10.40.047 to read as follows: "10.40.047 Parking restricted on portion of El Camino Real. Parking of vehicles is prohibited during ail hours of the day and night on the west side of El Camino Real between Kelly Drive and Tamarack Avenue." EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption, and'the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
