Contractor has indicated that the project will not be built due to extreme financial hardship. Building permit will expire on December 15, 1981. Contractor has requested refund of sewer EDU allocation paid on sewer permit #1680 dated August 15, 1980. 2. Refund of unapplied. portion of deposit for 6" meter installation on El Camino Real, south of Chestnut Avenue per work order #1639 on file. FISCAL IMPACT: l. Reduction of sewer construction capital contribution revenue by $18,850.00 2. Reduction of water operating revenue by $844.30 EXHIBITS: None I
