RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No.^,'7'^3 approving a one-year extension of time for
Tentative Map CT79-25(B) and Planned Unit Development PUD-12.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Carlsbad Tract 79~25(B)--known as Rancheros--is a 99~lot subdivision located
east of El Fuerte Street and south of Alga Road. The applicant is requesting
that the tentative map be extended for a one-year period ending January 15,
1983.
The tentative map was originally approved on July 15, 1980 per Resolutions
No. 62^5 and 6246 and subsequently revised twice, the last time on October 6,
1981.
The applicant agreed to pay public facilities fees with the original appli-
cation. Because of the recent revision to this tentative map, Planning and
Engineering staffs recommend that no additional conditions be required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Additional public facilities required by this project will be offset by the
payment of the public facilities fee by the developer.

RESOLUTION NO. 6753
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTEN-
SION OF TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT79-25(B) and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 15th day of
July, 1980 adopted Resolutions No. 62^5 and 62^6 approving, with conditions,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 20th day of
January, 1981 adopted Resolution No. 6A13 amending Tentative Map CT79~25(A); and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 6th day of Octo-
ber, 1981 adopted Resolution No. 668k amending Tentative Map CT79~25(B); and
1 ?WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of time for
1 "^said tentative map from January 15, 1982 to January 15> 1983;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT79-25(B) and Planned Unit Development 12
are hereby extended from January 15, 1982 to January 15, 1983, subject to
execution and/or fulfillment of all conditions of Resolutions No. 668k and 62^6.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 5th day of January , 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
