RECOMMENDED ACTION:
CONTRACT NO. 1114
Adopt Resolution No.67.gii approving plans and specifica-
tions and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids to be opened Jan 20, 1981 at 3:OO p.m.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Plans and specifications for the recoating of Elm Reser-
voir 1.5 million gallon tank have been completed by
Engineering Department.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost of recoating and inspection of Elm Reservoir has
been estimated at $30,000, Funds in the amount of $30,600
(account #51-243-2450] were budgeted for this project.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR- IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR RECOATING OF ELM
RESERVOIR 1.5 MILLION GALLON TANK - CONTRACT NO. 1114
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined i
necessary and in the public interest to recoat Elm Reservoir; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor,
terials, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary c
dental for said project, Contract No. 1114, have been prepared and are f

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as follows:
