ITEM EXPLANATION:
The City Council, at your meeting of January 5, 1982, directed the City Attorney to prepare the necessary documents approving Ranch0 Carrillo Master Plan Amendment 139-A. The ordinance has been prepared and is attached.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE RANCH0 CARRILLO MASTER PLAN (MP 139-A).
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
d did hold a duly noticed public hearing on December 9,

Master Pla MP 139-A); and
at the conclusion of said hearing the Planning
Commission adop Resolution No.1897 recommending approval of
Master Plan No. M 39-A based on certain findings and subject
to certain condition ontained in that resolution; and
WHEREAS, an E onmental Impact Report was certified
by the City Council on No 1981 and the mitigation
measures identified in the rt have been incorporated into
the revised Master Plan or ot ise addressed by the revised
Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Counci the City of Carlsbad did

SECTION 3: That the provision Section 20.44.110 of
