PCH CITY N 1 RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. /b 76 $/ , declaring the house at 1265 Stratf Lane as surplus property. Authorize the Purchasing Officer to sell house to the highest bidder. If no bids are received, authorize Purchasing Officer to have house burned by City Fire Department or demolished. ITEM EXPLANATION: In May 1981, the City purchased a two-bedroom home and -76 acre of land at 1265 Stratford Lane for $210,000. valued at $7,500, and the Building Official has estimated it would cost approximately $10,000 to rehabilitate.
