RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No.!”773 accepting Grant Deed for storm drain easeme
on tributary to Bristol Cove.
ITEM EXPLANAT I ON :
Development of ~~72-18, Unit 2, in 1974 provided a storm drain to serv
the Pannonia property to the east. Delay in development of the Pannon
property has created a situation where the possibility exists that si1
from erosion of raw land may get into the drain and, eventually? into
Bristol Cove. The solution to this problem is some minor construction
that would impede the flow of silt but still provide for the runoff of
storm waters.
A small (lo’ x 15’) easement is required. The owner has agreed to grz
the easement. Council acceptance is required prior to recording.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost of the structure is approximately $1,000. Annual maintenance
cost may be arbitrarily estimated at not to exceed $100 per year. Fun
in PLD Area 7 should be available to construct this site.

WHEREAS, PANNONIA INVESTMENT CORPORATlON has submitted a
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Car

Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detedned i
