Per section 3.32.030 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, the f.:>llowing refund of
water line installation fees be approved:

The Moran Company

Amount of refund: $1,470.80
Item Explanation:
On August 7, 1981, the City of Carlsbad collected a $2,500.00 deposit from the
Moran Company to install a 6" water line connection at: 800 Palor.1ar Airport Road.
Total costs associated with this installation per City work order #S26 ~mounted
to $1,029.20. This refund of $1,470.80 represents the return tot.he Moran
Company of the unapplied portion of the deposit collected for the completion of
this water line instaltation.
Fiscal Impact,:.
None Refund paid from customer deposit installations account in the water
enterprise fund.
