A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARISBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GaNT DEED FROM
A&W VENTURES OFFSITE ROAD EASEMENT PURPOSES. FOR
IWREAS, A&W VENTURES has submitted a G
Deed conveyin9 an easement to the City of Carl:
for offsite road purposes ; said Deed B 817 is on file in 1
Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFOFE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C(
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement
City of BrlsSad for Offsite road purposes is hereby accept€
3. That Lle City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original
to be recorded in the office of the County Recor6er of San Diego Countyt
1 of California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
