ITEM EXPLANAT I ON:
Carlsbad Tract 80-14 is a 20 lot subdivision located on th
northwest corner of Park Drive and Hillside Drive. The ap
cant is requesting that the tentative 'map be extended for
one-year period ending March 4, 1983.
The tentative map was originally approved on September 2, 1980 per Resolution No. 6292.
The applicant agreed to pay public facilities fees with tt
original application, Planning and Engineering staffs
recommend that no additional conditions be required.

Additional public facilities required by this project will
offset by the payment of the public facilities fee by the
developer,

planned unit development permit for our property located
on the northwest corner of Park Drive and Hillside Drive are due to expire.
Because of the current economic condition of the housing
industry, we would like to request that these approvals
be extended for an additional year.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
C'ARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSfON OF
TIME FOR TENTATfVE MAP CT80-14
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the
day of September, 1980 adopted Resolution No. 6292 approving
conditions, Tentative Map 80-14, and Planned Unit Developmen
PUD-16; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extensio
time for said map from March 4, 1982 to March 4, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
of Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT80-14, and Planned Unit Dev
ment PUD-16 are'hereby extended from March 4, 1982 to March
1983, subject' to execution and/or fulfillment of all canditi
