ITEM EXPLANATION:
Carlsbad Tract 80-19 is a 9-unit condominium project located at thc
southwest corner of Maple and Garfield Street. requesting that the tentative map be extended for a one-year perio ending March 16, 1983.
The developer agreed to pay the public facilities fee with the or: approval. The Planning and Engineering Departments have reviewed project and recommend that no additional conditions be required.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT 80-19 AND CP-100
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 161
September 19P9 adopted Resolution No. 6299 approving, with conditi(
Tentative Map CT 80-19 and Condominium Permit No. CP-100; and
NHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension 1
said tentative map from March 16, 1982 to March 16, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C
