Adopt Resolution No. approving a one-year extension of
time for Tentative and Condominium Permit
CP-101 (A),
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Carlsbad Tract 80-22(A) is a 7 unit subdivision located on the
east side of Lincoln Street between Pine Avenue and Walnut
Avenue. The applicant is requesting that the tentative map be
extended for a one-year period ending March 4, 1983.
The tentative map was originally approved on September 2, 1980
per Resolution No, 6293 and subsequently revised on September 15, 1981 per Resolution No. 6666.
The applicant agreed to pay public facilities fees with the
original application, Planning and Engineering staffs have
reviewed this project and recommend that no additional condi-
tions be required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Additional public facilities required by this project will be
offset by the payment of the public facilities fee by the
developer.

Please extend TP'l CT80-22.4 for a period of one year from the
expiration date of 3/4/52. Financial and real estate narkets
have made it irnpossible to nroceed with this project heretofore,
however, we do expect to commence building and processin2 of this map within the next three months. Ye will appreciate your under-
standing.

RESOLUTION NO. 6798
day of September, 1980 adopted Resolution No. 6293 approving, with
conditions, Tentative Map CT80-22, Condominium Permit CP-101; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 15th
day of September, 1981 adopted Resolution No. 6666 amending Tenta-
tive Map CT80-22(A), and Condominium Permit CP-IOI(A); and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of
time for said map from March 4, 1982 to March 4, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
C. That the Tentative Map CT80-22(A), and Condominium Permit
A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
TIME FOR TENTAT!VE MAP CT80-22(A)

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd
subject to execution and/or fulfillment of all conditions of Reso-
lutions No. 6293 and 6666.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 2nd- day of March 7
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
