ITEM EXPLANATION:
Carlsbad Tract 79-7(A) is a 39-unit condominium located on the southwes
corner of Santa lsabel Street and El Fuerte Street. The applicant is
requesting that the tentative map be extended for a one-year period end
April 3, 1983.
The tent,ative map was originally approved on October 2, 1979 per
Resolution No. 5951 -
A one-year extension of time was granted on February 17, 1981 per
Resolution No. 6444, which extended the expiration date to April 3, 198,
and subsequently revised on March 3, 1981 per Resolution No. 6451.
The applicant agreed to pay public facilities fees with the original
application. Planning and Engineering staffs have reviewed this projeci
and recommend that no additional conditions be required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Additional public facilities required by this project will be offset by
the payment of the public facilities fee by the developer.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT 79-7(A).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd day
October, 1979 adopted Resolution No. 59.51 approving, with conditions,
Map CT 79-7, Condominium Permit CP-10; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 17th day
February adopted Resolution No. 6444 granting a one-year extension of
Tentative Map CT 79-7; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 3rd day
March, 1981 adopted Resolution No. 6451 amending Tentative Map 79-7(A)
Condornimium Permit CP-lO(A) ; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of tin
said map from April 3, 1982 to April 3, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT 79-7(A), and Condominium Permit CP-
I are hereby extended from April 3, 1982 to April 3, 1983, subject to ex
and/or fulfillment of all conditions of Resolutions No. 5951, 6444 and
