Approve Final Map for Carlsbad Tract 74-21.
1 ITEM EXPLANAT 1 ON : "-
Engineering staff has completed checking the Final Map of
bad Tract 74-21, a 38-lot subdivision on 186 acres located
the north side of Palomar Airport Road approximately one-h
mile east of El Camino Real. Staff has found this map to
conformance with the State Map Act and local ordinances of
City of Carlsbad, The Final Map conforms substantially wi
the Tentative Map. All conditions of approval per City Co
Resolution No. 4091, adopted on February 15, 1977, have be
complied with.
I FISCAL IMPACT:

The de.veloper is responsible for construction of all publi
improvements associated with this project, When all irnpro
ments have been accepted by the City, they will be incorpo
into the City's overall maintenance program.
Since this is an old tentative map, the developer is not r to pay public facilities fees.
