RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. &,8aI accepting a grant deed from
R.W. Daniels (Carlsbad Cablevision) for an easement for
road purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of SDP 80-3, Carlsbad Cablevision was
required to offer for dedication a portion of Faraday
Avenue and Impala Drive.
FISCAL IMPACT:
City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated
roads at an unspecified cost.
