RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council approve Resolution No. b826 accepting the Fifty 1
($50) donation from the San Diego Poodle Club. Staff recommend:

ITEM EXPLANATION:
The San Diego Poodle Club has a desire to donate Fifty Dollars
for the use of Holiday Park by their organization.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Staff will deposit the funds in Parks Special Supplies account
number 1-161-2670.

of Rollday Park for our recent Poodle Specialty Show.
This lovely park was ar important factor in the success-
of our recent show on llarch 20, 1982.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A DONATION OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00)
WHEREAS, the San Diego Poodle Club has given the City
Carlsbad a donation of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for use of
Holiday Park by their organization; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of
F'ifty Dollars ($50.00) on' behalf o'f the
citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of 1
day City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 6th
April , 1982, by the following vote to wit:
