RECOMMENDED ACTION:
REFUND OF PAYMENT FOR SEWER LATERAL
Approve refund of $810 to Robco Investments.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On January 25, 1982, Robco Investments paid $810 to the City for the
installation of a sewer lateral at 2531· State Street (Sewer Permit
No. SE 1844).
The Utilities Department has requested the developer use the existing
1 atera 1 that services the adj a cent comme rci a I bu i Id i ng, due to
difficulties which would arise from trying to reach the State Street
sewer main.
FISCAL IMPACT:
City wi 11 be refunding a payment for servict!s which wi 11 not be rendered.
