RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No.$8YY , &rQgP, and LfLfq accepting dedicatio
of easements for sewerline purposes.
ITEM EXPLANAT I ON :
A condition of CUP-190 (Sudan Interior Mission) required that the devela
shall comply with the requirements of the respective sewer and water
agencies. Inasmuch as this project was within the City of Carlsbad's Se
Service Area, the City has required that the developer dedicate a certai
portion of sewerline to the City for public use. In order to comply wit
this requirement, the developer has obtained the required easements fror
three separate ownerships.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The easements and sewerline will be dedicated to the City free of cost.
When the line is completed, the City will have to include this line within the City's overall sewerline maintenance program.
