REGARDING: C.T. 80-28 & CP-110
Gentlemen:
On behalf of our client, Pullman Enterprises, Inc. we hereby request
that the City Council grant the maximum available extension of time
to complete and record the above referenced Subdivision Map, and
associated Condominium Permit. We have enclosed a check for $250.00
for the fee required to process this request.
The time extension is needed because the economic constriction that
the housing industry has been experiencing has thus far made it im-
prudent to proceed with this project.
Thank you for your early attention to this matter.
Very truly yours,
ARIAN & WILLESS, INC.
