CITY MOR 1 RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the construction of storm drain on Carlsbad Boulevard
as complete. Direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of
Completion recorded, and release the bonds 35 days after
recordat ion.

Construction of storm drains on Carlsbad Boulevard between
Cerezo and Monzano has been satisfactorily completed. The final
contract amount of $8,300 includes one Change Order for $200.00
(handled administratively in accordance with Administrative
Order No, 7) to cover some necessary additional work.
I FISCAL IMPACT:
Sufficient budgeted funds are available to cover the final
contract amount. Ten percent retention will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of Completion.
