That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That the findings of the Planning Commission In Resolution No. 1923 constitute the findings of the City Council in this matter. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: SNC- 1 8 WHEREAS, on April 14, 1982, the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1923 recommending to the City Council that Street Name Change No. 18 be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Carlsbad, on May 4, 1982, held a public hearing to consider the recommendations I1 C. That said Street Name Change No. 18 is hereby approved. D.
