RECOMMENDED ACTION:
If the Council wishes to grant the Change of Zone (ZC 255) and
approve the Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 81-19) and Condomini
Permit (CP-199) , then your recommended action is to introduce
Ordinance No. 9 &AD , and adopt Resolution No. br7G
ITEM EXPLANATION
The City Council, at your meeting of May 4, 1982, directed the
Attorney to prepare the necessary documents approving a zone c
(ZC-2551, a tentative subdivision map (CT 81-19) and a condomi
permit (CP-199).
Condition No. 17 has been revised to provide for an initial ap
period of 24 months instead of 18 months in accordance with an
amendment to the Subdivision Map Act which became effective
January 1, 1982.
