CITY PROPERTY -BROADMOOR HOMES
Refur•d of $1,058, 26 to Broadmcor Homes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On April 9, 1982, Broadmoor Homes reinu:.~=sed the city for damages to underground
electric~l conduit incurred in the vicinity of Hosp Way west of El Camino Real.
Liberty ~utual Insurance, insurance carriers for Broadmoor Homes, had previously
reimburseu the city on March l, 1982 for these damages. Reimbursement for duplicate
payment of these damag~s is due to Broadmoor Homes.
FISCAL IMPAC!:
The city will be refunding $1,058.26 to Broadmoor Homes. $504,52 will be paid from
the street li<;ihting special supplies account; $553. 74 from the water operations
accounts recei,•able account.
