Adopt Resolution No. (~&"7gauthorizing transfer of $40,000 from the
contingency reserve to the swimming pool parking lot addition account
and authorizing City staff to prepare the plans and specifications for
the construction of the swimming pool parking lot addition.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Th.e City Manager requested staff to proceed with this project. An
estimated $40,000 will be needed for this project. This Agenda Bill
authorizes the funding and design.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available for transfer ($40,000) in the
contingency reserve.

CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND AUTHORI-
ZING CITY STAFF TO PREPARE THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR - THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SWIMMING POOL PARKING LOT ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of' the City of Carlsbad as follows:
. That the transfer of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) from the City
lanager's contingency reserve, Account No. 11139-2450, to the swimming pool a
