ITEM EXPLANATION: Broadmoor Homes, developer of CT 77-2 (Woodridge) has requested that the City accept the public improvements associated with Unit #1 of thi s subdivision. All concerned departments have given their approval of City acceptancc of the improvements and "as built" drawings are on file in the Engineering Department. FISCAL IMPACT: The City wi 11 be required to maintain pub1 ic improvements. This project was approved prior to the adoption of Council Policy 17 and, therefore, the developer was not required to pay Public Facilitic A. Letter requesting acceptance B.
