RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No.(&'F5laccepting an offer of dedication from Title
Insurance and Trust, under Holding Agreement No. 409.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
A Condition of CT 74-21 required developer to dedicate necessary
easements as part of the overall design of this subdivision.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Developer will construct drainage facilities, the City will be requirec
to maintain this system after final acceptance.
