HD.& CITY AlTYS CITYMGR. * APPOINTMENT TO PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION Adopt Resolution No. (prya , appointing a member to the Carlsbad Parks and Recreation Commission. ITEM EXPLANATION : Mr. Dennis McKee has notified Parks and Recreation Department of his resignation as a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission. Mr. McKee was appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission on October 6, 1981, €or a term to expire in August, 1985. Since some problems have been experienced in maintaining a quorom for Commission meetings, Council consideration is requested in making an early appointment. Copies of applications received in 1982 are attached for Council consideration. Other Commissioners are:Shirley Dahlquist, Laurie Nelson Boone, Barbara Donovan, Jeanne McFadden, John S.
