PER I EMPLOYEES FY1982-1983 n CITY ATT'Y DEPT. HD. ITEM EXPLANATION: City Council Resolution No. 6546, dated May 26, 1981, approved the two year Memorandum of Understanding with the Carlsbad City Employees' Association. Included in that M.O.U. was authority for an 8% salary increase for Miscellaneous employees to be effective June 14, 1982. The salary schedule for Fiscal Year 1982-1983 was not included with the M.Q.U. and not part of Resolution 6546. The attached resolution with attachments represents the salary plan in the usual format. FISCAL IMPACT: The fiscal impact will be an increase in budgeted miscellaneous salaries of approximately $261,809 for the Fiscal Year 1982-1983.
