---r1 AB#--~~----TITLE: EIR 81-10 ANDERSON
MTG. 6 L15/-1l2..._
DEPT.Planning CITY MG
HECOMMENDED ACTION:
The Planning Commission and the Planning Staff are recommending
that the City Council certify by minute motion that EIR 81-10 was
prepared in compliance with CEQA and Title 19 of the Municipal
Code.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
EIR 81-10 is a focused EIR that addresses the impacts created by
a proposed zone change and mobile home subdivision for property
located on the west side of El Camino Real just south of the
Country Store (map attached). The focused EIR was a result of
concerns by the Planning Commission expressed during the first
public hearing on this item in November of 1981. The major
concerns addressed in the EIR involve grading, traffic and
compatibility with existing single family residences to the south
and west of the subject property.
The Planning Commission and Planning staff feel that all impacts
have been adequately discussed and that recommended mitigation
measures properly reduce the potential impacts. For further
information, please see the attached staff report to the Planning
Commission.
FISCAL IMPACTS:
None.
