RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. (oc]/t$ y accepting three grant deeds from property owners for right-of-way easements.
ITEN EXPLANATION :
As a part of the streetscape improvements on Madison and Roosevelt
easements are located at the wheelchair ramps to allow needed maneuvering room on the sidewalk.
Avenues additional right-of-way easements are required, These
FISCAL IMPACT:
37.5 square feet of land will be removed from the tax rolls.

1. Resolution No. 6716 y accepting grant deeds from the individual land owners.
