RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolutions No. &qa/ and No. 6 742 , appointing
members to the Parking Authority of the City of C'arlsbad.
I ITEM EXPLANATION:
The terms of Colonel David PI. Dunne and Mr. Richard Goodwin
expired in April, 1982. Both individuals have been valuable
members of the Parking Authority, and have indicated a
willingness to continue working for ,the City as members of the
Parking Authority. No other applications for these positions
have been received to date.
Other members are: Glenn McComas, Lewis Chase, and
Lyle Richardson

WHEREAS, the. term of office of Parking Authority n
David 81. Dunne expired April, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed
serve as a member of the Parking Authority in the position
vacated:
