ITEM EXPLANAT ION : Ponderosa Homes, developer of CT73-18 Unit 3, has requested the Ci accept the public improvements associated with CT73-18. All depar ments and agencies involved have inspected the improvements and fo them to be satisfactory. FISCAL IMPACT: -- The City will be required to expend money and manpower maintaining streets after improvements are accepted. There are no City water or sewer lines in this project. EXHIBITS: A. B.
