Accept publ ic improvements, authorize clerk to release bonds and direct maintenance director to maintain publ ic streets.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Mola. Development Corporation developers of CT 79-28 (A) has requested the City to accept the public improvements associated with CT 79-28 (A). to the improvement acceptance. The maintenance department has no objections
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain the publicly dedicated street.
There are no City water or sewer lines in this project.

Dear Mr. Wickham:
As requested in correspondence dated February 3, 1982, from Peter E. von Elten of our office, Mola Development would again wish the
Bond Release Inspections to be requested from your concerned de- partments.
I am aware that the initial request was somewhat premature, how-
ever, we feel that the improvements are in a sufficient condition
to begin the inspections. I am sure you are aware of our Bond Release frustrations and hope that all the concerned departments will act promptly upon your request for inspection of West Bluff North Condominiums.
