ACCEPTANCE OF A PORTION OF TAMARACK AVENUE
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adoption Resolution No. bQb-accepting an easement for road purposes of a portion of Tamarack Avenue.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of building permit plan check number 82-174, Patrick Fearn and Jonathan Fearn, owners of the property at 260 Tamarack Avenue, were required to dedicate a portion of Tamarack Avenue r i g h t -of -way.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring street dedication as a condition of obtaining building permits will save the City future acquisition costs.
