COMPLETION OF RECONSTRUCTION OF I SIDENALK, CURB AND GUTTER
V' RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the reconstruction of sidewalk, curb and gutter as complete. Direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded, and release the bonds 35 days after recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
Reconstruction of sidewalk, curb and gutter at various location in the city has been satisfactorily completed. The final contract amount is $41,907.76. because of insufficient funds. The remaining portions will be recon- structed at a later date if funds are.available. A total amount of $50,000 (Acc.# 1-128-2411) were budgeted for this project.
Some of the marked areas were not covered by this contract
FISCAL IMPACT:
Sufficient budgeted funds are available to cover the final contract amount. Ten percent (10%) retention will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of Completion.
