ITEM EXPLANATION: On January 20, 1981, the City and International Systems, Incorporated (ISI) entered into an agreement for grants research, information and application preparation. For an annual fee of $22,500, ISI guaranteed to obtain grants equal to its fee. ISI has obtained $32,425 in grants for the City: 1. National Endowment for the Humanities grant of $6,030 to the Library for a local history project. 2. Roberti Z'Berg Open Space and Recreation Grant for $26,395 for initial development of Fuerte Peirk. Now that.
