Accept the construction of storm drain on Valley Street as complete.
Direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded, and
release the bonds 35 days after recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Construction of storm drains on Valley Street and Buena Vista Way have
been satisfactorily completed.
includes one change order for $878.00 (handled administratively in
accordance with Administrative Order No. 7) to cover some necessary
additional work.
The final contract amount of $53,527.52
FISCAL IMPACT:
Sufficient budgeted funds are available to cover the final contract
amount. Ten percent retention will be withheld until 35 days after
the Notice of Completion.
