RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. b? G 2 accepting an easemen? Tc><-
sewer purposes from Occidental Land Company.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
In order to provide sewer service for Minor Subdivision
No. 434, the developer has secured an easement for a
sewer line to connect the property to an existing sewer
line on the north side of Poinsettia Lane.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The developer will install the sewer line in the easement
area. Upon acceptance of the improvement the City will be required to maintain the line.

RESOLUTION NO. 6962
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFOWIA, ACCEPTING A GWT DEED FROM
OCCIDENTAL LAND COMPANY FOR
SZWER AND CONSTRUC'I'IGN PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, OCCIDENTAL LAND COMPANY has submitted a
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carl
for sewer and construction ; said Deed *uJ is on file in
Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls'aad has determined i-
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement
City of erlsbad for sewer and construction is hereby accept
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
of California, with the appropriate CertificGte of Acceptance attached.
