RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the construction of Sunnyhill Storm Drain as complete.
Direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded,
and release the bonds 35 days after recordation.

ITEM EXPLANATION:
Construction of storm drain on Sunnyhill & Alder has been
satisfactorily completed. The final contract amount of $16,417.50,
includes one change order for $2,120.00 (handled administratively
in accordance wth Administrative Order No. 7) to cover some
necessary additional work.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds in the amount of $20,940.00 were budgeted for this project.
Account No. 30-18-40-3100.
