RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council adopt Resolution No. (39J‘”7 acceDting the Fifty
Dollar ($50) Donation from the San Diego Poodle Club.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The San Diego Poodle Club has a desire to donate Fifty Dollar
($50) for the use of Holiday Park by their organization.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Staff will deposit the funds in Parks/SDecial Supplies accour
number 01-41-21-2660.

6997 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A DONATION OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50)
WHEREAS, the San Diego Poodle Club has given the City
Carlsbad a donation of fifty dollars ($50) for use of Holiday
by their organization; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of
Fifty Dollars ($50) on behalf of the citizens
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of t
day City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 7th
of September , 1982, by the following vote to wit:
