RECOMMENDED ACTION:
MTG. 9/7/82 PORTION OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD CITY A
Adopt Resolution No. TjlOcj/ accepting a grant deed for road easement
for a portion of Carlsbad Boulevard.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of Building Perm;t Plan Check tdo. 92-203, SEA HORSE
INVESTMENTS7 owner of the property at 2756 Carlsbad Boulevard, will
be required to dedicate right-of-way at the corner of Carlsbad
Boulevard and Beech Avenue.
FISCAL IMPACT:
By obtaining the additional right-of-way as a condition of issuance
of a building permit, it will save the City future acquisition costs.
Approximately 85 sq. ft. of land valued at $.87 per sq. ft. will be
removed from the tax rolls. However, the small loss in square footag
of land will be more than offset by the increase in the property value after the proposed office building is constructed.
