TITUE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
PALOMAR AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds and
direct the Maintenance and Utilities Departments to commence
maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Palomar Airport Business Park has completed another phase of the
development and has requested the City to accept the public
improvements.
The involved departments have authorized acceptance of improvements.
CT 80-34 is a resubdivision of Lot 18 of CT 73-49, Unit #2.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated streets.

Re: CT 80-33 and CT 80-34, Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Hauser:
Final work on subdivision CT 80-33 and CT 80-34 were completed
in early March of 1982. We requested acceptance by the City
at that time and were given a final check list in mid March.
All items were corrected and finalled. Mr. Bacon of the City
passed all items on the check list in March. We still haven't
received a letter from the City accepting improvements.
Would you please expedite acceptance of the subdivision.
