RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 78JSaccepting an easement from W.T. Grant
and Mary Ellen Grant for waterline purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of obtaining a permit for an industrial building at
5051 Avenida Encinas, the Fire Department required the applicant to
install a fire protection line and a hydrant in the rear of the lot,
as well as grant an easement to the City allowing City forces to
operate the hydrant and maintain the line.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required at some future time to maintain the water-
1 ine.
