CONTRACT NO. 1125
Accept the construction of City Re-roofing as complete. Direct the City Clerk
to have the Notice of Completion recorded, and release the bonds 35 days after
recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
Construction of City Re-roofing has been satisfactorily completed. The final
contract amount of $30,241.74 includes one Change Order for $264.51 (handled
administratively in accordance with Administrative Order No. 7) to cover some
necessary additional work. .The Maintenance Department has reviewed project and recommends approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Budgeted funds in the amount of $50,000 are available to cover the final
contract amount in Account No. 01-53-30-3900. Ten percent retention will
be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of Completion.
