Approve additional appropriations of $10,640.08 to the Streetscape Implementation Program.

Currently, $207,635 is in Account No. 15-18-90-3702 for streetscape implemen- tation. Of that amount $178,000 was appropriated for the original contract amount. The additional appropriations of $10,640.08 will leave $18,994.92 in the account. Funds are all part of prior years' federal C.B.D.G. allocation.

RESOLUTION NO. 7081
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, "DING THE 1982-83 FISCAL
YEAR OPERATING BUDGET AND APPROVING TRANSFER OF
FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS. the City Council desires to provide auto allowances
for the Mayor and Council Members; and
WHEREAS, the 1982-83 Fiscal Year Operating Budget needs to be
amended to provide funds to pay auto allowances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the fund transfer number 36 on file in the Finance
Department authorizing the transfer of $4,800 from the contingency
account (01-19-50-2470) to the City Council Auto Allowance Account
(1-10-10-2310) is hereby approved.
3. That auto allowances are hereby authorized in the amount
Df $200 per month for the Mayor and $150 per month for Council
Yembers.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
Df Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the 7th
jay of December 1982.
