Adopt Resolution No, lo$ accepting an easement for road purposes o-
portion of La Place &- ourt.
ITEY EXPLANATION:
As aconditionof approval of the first phase of the Carlsbad Pesearc
(CT 81-10), the Koll Co. was required to obtain for the City an ease
roadpurposesfor the portion of La Place Court that is owned by Pre- Concrete Co.
FISCAL IWACT:
Koll Co. has already constructed the improvements on La Place Court. will be required to maintain the publicly dedicated streets. The Kc
agreed to pay a Public Facilities Fee with the original application
