Adopt Resolution No. 71~1-approving plans and specifications and
authorize the City Clerl<to advertise for bids for the City Hall
. Remodeling.
ITEM EXPLANATION:

The project consists of enlargiQg the existing cashier's location
~nd constructing new counters, drawers, and shelves to accommodate
the public efficiently.
l:ISCAL I-MPACT:
The Engineer's estimate for this project is $6000. This project
can be fininted from the ~emjining Community Development Center
~unds in the amount of $107,790:50 (Account No. 14-18-10-3103).

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS Ai\ffi
AtnHORIZING TI-IE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR TI-IE
CI'IY HALL LOBBY REMJDELING -CONfRACf NO. 1127
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detennined it is necessary
:6 and in the public interest to remodel the City Hall Lobby.
7 Specifications for the furnishing of all labor, material, tools,
8 equipnient, transportation, and other expenses necessary or incidental for said
9 project, Cgptract No. 1127, have been prepared and are on file in the Engineering
10 Department of the Gity of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsba
12 as follows :

i. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3, TI1e City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
16 directed to proceed to publish, ih accordance with law, notice to contractors
17 inviting bids for the City Hall Lobby Remodeling in accordance with the
18 specifications hereinabove referred to.
19 PASSED, APPROVED AND AOOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
